Applying to Toulouse Business School's Bachelor in Management


Admision Bachelor - Grado ADE

 

Admission requirements vary depending on the year you wish to start your studies:

ADMISSION FOR THE 1st YEAR OF THE BACHELOR'S COURSE

You will need to be under 26 years old on the 31st December of the year the course starts. You will also need to be in possession of a secondary education qualification.

Entrance for applicants who have taken A Levels, Bachillerato, IB or other non-French education system :  INTERNATIONAL ADMISSION PROCESS

For students who are taking, or already hold, non-French secondary education qualifications such as the Bachillerato, IB, A Levels or other equivalent certificates, Toulouse Business School will allocate: 

70 places in Barcelona

70 places in Toulouse

 

 

Entrance for applicants from the French education system (BAC) outside of France (Lycée Français à l'étranger or DOM TOM): DISTANCE NATIONAL ADMISSION PROCESS

For students who are taking or currently hold a French BAC qualification from outside Metropolitan France, Toulouse Business School will allocate:

10 places in Barcelona

30 places in Toulouse

 

 

Entrance for applicants from the French education system (BAC) in France: NATIONAL ADMISSION PROCESS

For students who are taking or currently hold a French BAC qualification attained in Metropolitan France, applications will need to be made through the Toulouse Campus Admissions Department. Click here for more detailed information.

 

 

 

Applicants will be able to apply for any of the Bachelor in Management's four options for the first year:

  • Barcelona Campus, in English
  • Barcelona Campus, in Spanish
  • Toulouse Campus, in English
  • Toulouse Campus, in French
 

Which further education qualifications do we accept?

Toulouse Business School accepts a range of further education qualifications. Check the details of yours of contact us for more information.

Spanish Baccalaureate (Bachillerato)

Students must obtain the Título de Bachillerato (Baccalaureate Qualification).

 

French Baccalauréat (BAC)

Students must obtain the French Baccalauréat Qualification (BAC). The TBS admissions process varies depending on where this qualification was obtained.

 

American Education System

Students must obtain the High School Diploma .

We do not accept the GED (General Education Development) Diploma.

If students have studied at an International American School, the school must be accredited by one of the following institutions:

  • Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSACS), usually known as MSA.
  • Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
  • Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
  • New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
  • North Central Association of Schools and Colleges (NCASC).
  • Northwest Association of College and Schools (NACS).
  • Council of Independent Schools (CIS).

 

 

British Education System

Applicants must have at least 2 GCE (General Certificate of Education) A-levels and 3 IGCSE/GCSE (International/General Certificate of Secondary Education), or O-levels in 5 different subjects.

Below are some possible of A Levels and AS Levels that we would accept:

- 2 A Level subjects

- 1 A Level subject and 2 AS Level subjects

 

We also accept BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma.

It is recommended that applicants have studied subjects related to management or languages.

 

 

International Baccalaureate (IB)

Students must obtain a minimum of 24 points in the International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Diploma) .

We do not accept DP Courses (previously known as IB Certificate).

 

Norwegian Education System

Students must obtain the Vitnemål for Videregående Opplaering .

 

German Education System

Students must obtain the Zeugnis der allgeminen Hochschulreife or the Zeugnis der Fachhochschulreife .

 

Colombian Education System

Students must obtain the Título de Bachiller Académico/Técnico/Comercial (Academic/Technical or Commercial Baccalaureate).

ADMISSION FOR THE 2nd YEAR OF THE BACHELOR'S COURSE

Applicants must:

  • Be under 27 years old on the 31st December of the year the course starts.
  • Have achieved 60 ECTS (or equivalent credits) in higher education in the area of management. These credits must have been awarded in a non-French institution, outside of France*.


*Validating these studies is not necessary when starting the application process, however if the applicant is accepted, their admission will be dependent on validating their studies before the course start date. 

 

If you are studying at a French higher education institution either in or outside of France, you will need to pass through the national admissions process with is managed by the Toulouse Campus,  in that case you can only apply for Toulouse Campus. You can fin all the relevant information here .

 

ADMISSION FOR THE 3rd YEAR OF THE BACHELOR'S COURSE

Applicants must:

  • Be under 28 years old on the 31st December of the year the course starts.
  • Have achieved 120 ECTS (or equivalent credits) in higher education in the area of management. These credits must have been awarded in a non-French institution, outside of France*.


*Validating these studies is not necessary when starting the application process, however if the applicant is accepted, their admission will be dependent on validating their studies before the course start date. 

 

If you are studying at a French higher education institution either in or outside of France, you will need to pass through the national admissions process with is managed by the Toulouse Campus, in that case you can only apply for Toulouse Campus. ONLINE APPLICATION

If you meet the entrance requirements , you can start your application here . You will need to fill out your personal details and attach the necessary documents. Toulouse Business School's online application form allows you to save your details so that you can complete it in different stages if you need to. 

In order to complete your application, you will need to pay the application fee (100€). This amout is to cover the costs of assessing the application and will not be refunded under any circumstances , regardless of the admission result.

The deadline for completing the online application process is the 30th June 2017 .

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Academic marks (transcripts) from the final two years of secondary education*. (If the applicant has not finished their secondary education, they will need to provide the marks they do have up until now).
 
  • Secondary education qualification* . (If the applicant does not yet have such a qualification, their admission will be dependent of obtaining it).
 
  • Scanned copy of identity card or passport.
 
  • Curriculum Vitae .
 
  • [OPTIONAL] Two letters of recommendation from teachers, signed and stamped by the school or institution.
 

*For international students whose academic documents are not in either English, French or Spanish, they will need to provide an official sworn translation of their Transcript of Records in English or Spanish, along with a photocopy of the original.

Students wishing to apply for the 2nd or 3rd years of the bachelor's course will also need to provide:
  • Academic marks from their higher education course
  • Qualification , if applicable

 

ADMISSION TESTS

Once you have completed your application, the admissions department will contact you to arrange a date for you to take the admissions tests. These may be taken at a Toulouse Business School campus (Toulouse, Barcelona, Paris, Casablanca or London) or in a collaborating centre in the country where you live. You will need to complete the application process at least one month before the date you wish to take the tests.

The tests can be taken in English, Spanish or French, according to the language chosen for the Bachelor's course. You can download a manual regarding the tests here

The personal interview

The personal interview is held before a two-person panel and lasts for 30 minutes. The aim is to evaluate the candidate's profile, including their motivation, personal projects and capacity for communication. The bachelor's programme offers prospective candidates a free interview preparation session. Get informed and ensure you are fully prepared

 

RESULTS

The applicant will receive the admission decision via email and post approximately two weeks after taking the admissions tests. The admissions committe's decision will be based on an overall evaluation of the application form and admissions tests. The possible results are: 

  • Not admitted
  • Admitted
  • Conditional admission (the student is admitted on the condition that they present their further education qualification or certificate before the course start date).
  • Waiting list

 

ENROLMENT

Applicants who have been admitted will receive an enrolment form along with their letter of admission. This form must be signed by the student and their parents or legal guardians and be returned along with the place reservation free payment receipt. The amount to pay and the payment deadline will be outlined in the letter.

If the applicant fails to meet the enrolment deadline they will lose their right to a place and will be put on the waiting list.

 

WHEN SHOULD I APPLY?

The application process is open from November until July . The deadline for completing the online application is  30th June 2017 .  We strongly recommend that you complete the admissions process as soons as possible, as places are limited.
